Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Growth Manager to join our team. As a Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth by developing and implementing effective growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

• Optimize marketing campaigns and channels to increase customer acquisition and retention rates.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Required to have an in-depth experience in media buying.
• Proficient in Meta.
• Proven track record of driving successful growth strategies and achieving business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of growth marketing tactics and tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Must have experience in E-commerce
• Deep knowledge in performance marketing, they should understand marketing fundamentals, copywriting, funnels, analytics, unit economics, LTV, retention
• Should be able to strategize and lead teams, but also have the ability to tactically do things (create landing pages with landing page builders, write the copy themselves, dive into analytics themselves, hypothesize tests etc).
