Position: 3D Motion Designer/ Video Editor (Contractor)

Duration & Pay : 3 Months

Compensation: $10,000

What You’ll Learn & Gain Experience In:

• Finance & Wealth Management – Understanding investment strategies, financial literacy, and business funding.
• Entrepreneurship & Business Development – Gaining insights into launching and scaling a business.
• Marketing & Brand Strategy – Learning how to build a compelling brand and engage audiences.
• Social Media & Content Creation – Assisting in content development, research, and community engagement.
• Event Planning & Partnership Coordination – Helping to organize brand events, networking sessions, and sponsorship activations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate engaging 3D motion for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Website, etc.)
• Create short-form video content, GIFs, and animated assets that enhance our brand presence.
• Edit and optimize video content for various social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling storytelling strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and social media content .
• Post-production photo, video, and audio editing, including adding animations and special effects
• Archive photos and footage/organize assets server
• Work independently and as part of the creative team to storyboard, develop and produce multimedia content
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling (portfolio required) .
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, with an understanding of best practices.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
• Are familiar with video editing and sound design.
• Have worked in digital marketing or social media content creation.
