Job Description

NOW HIRING Administrative Support Specialist in Pineville NC.

This role includes general administrative duties with light accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) work, data entry, and management of QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Bilingual is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Handle light AP/AR responsibilities, including invoice tracking and payment posting
  • Manage and update accounting records using QuickBooks
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and expense summaries
  • Coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and manage calendars
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with AP/AR functions
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
