What your future day will look like:

• Assist with preparation of the monthly financial statements
• Supervise office staff and ensure completion of tasks
• Review journal entries and approve adjustments to inventory, COS, and expense accounts
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for specified accounts and physical inventories
• Daily cash reconciliation
• Provide back up for the office staff as needed
• Analyze expense accounts
• Work with department managers on expenses detail requests

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
• Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)
• Managerial experience
