Full time Non-Exempt (On Site) Hourly position at our Goshen California location. Specialized Pavement Marking is one of the West Coasts Premier pavement marking companies. Our Goshen office includes a 35 employee construction staff and an 8 person office staff.
Starting wage $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Duties would include: Answer phones, Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll, Scan and organize invoices, Collect time cards, Reconcile Pay estimates and distribute invoices. There is Daily and Weekly entry of job costs into Vista ERP. Other duties would include, but would not limited to, maintaining various compliance documents and training lists, Shipping/Receiving USPS and Fed EX, and maintaining and ordering office supplies as needed.
We will require a person who has excellent computer skills, is detail oriented, highly organized with very good telephone presence and has the ability to learn our business and the role in our business.
