Job Title: Sr. Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Overview:
Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors; handle incoming phone calls
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings for high-level executives
Plan and book domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Track, reconcile, and report company expenses
Maintain the office environment and ensure general upkeep
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Provide administrative support to legal counsel as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Proven experience in calendar management for senior executives
Experience planning and booking business travel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Basic understanding of legal documents and filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to reliably commute to or plan relocation to Rockville, MD prior to start date
