Summary

As Team Members of the Creative & Advertising team, Advertising & Entertainment Managers are Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure their actions are in the best interest of the business. Advertising & Entertainment Managers are responsible for leading the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and on-site entertainment programs. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the entire marketing spectrum to elevate the brand, drive Guest engagement, and increase market share.

Position Functions

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards while safeguarding confidential information.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance awareness of Company offerings and engage key audiences effectively.
  • Deliver impactful marketing messages and promotions that stem from a deep understanding of the Guests’ preferences and behaviors, leveraging this insight.
  • Analyze market trends and Guest insights to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies fully integrate with business objectives, delivering a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Manage the relevant marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment and enhance brand recognition and Guest engagement.
  • Develop creative briefs for marketing materials and content, ensuring all assets are on-brand and uphold business standards of quality.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Report regularly on marketing activities and campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Leadership.
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of new marketing channels and tactics, evaluating their effectiveness and fitting within the broader marketing strategy.
  • Manage the execution of live music, fight events, and special entertainment in venues across the property, ensuring all aspects of their act fit Company Brand standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and pay rates with performers based on budgetary restrictions.
  • Oversee event logistics including timelines, technical needs, ticketing support, and promotional plans.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to perform post-event evaluations and recaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and local businesses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Lead and manage Team Members and processes while overseeing and directing daily department operations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures while responsible for all department compliance.
  • Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations for Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members.
  • Lead, maintain, and foster timely communication, teamwork, and collaboration within their scope of responsibility.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members effectively regulating department headcounts and turnover rates.
  • Aid in drafting, creating, and updating policies and procedures under the guidance of Leadership.
  • Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets, managing expenses effectively, and ensuring adherence to annual budgetary limitations.
  • Oversee and lead employment terminations.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years in a marketing role with a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Have solid understanding of conversion rates, cost per conversion, lead-to-close ratio, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and creative design using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
