### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Schedule & Communication Management**: Manage calendars, appointments, and team communications using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
* **Document & Resource Organization**: Maintain organized files and digital resources with OneDrive and SharePoint.
* **Team Coordination**: Work closely with team members to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
* **Content Creation**: Use AI tools like GPT-4, Leonardo AI, and CapCut to draft reports, create presentations, and produce marketing materials.
* **Email & Correspondence**: Handle professional email communications with AI-enhanced precision.
* **CRM Management**: Leverage GoHighLevel to manage workflows, automate processes, and support client onboarding.
* **Project Oversight**: Utilize Microsoft Project and Planner to track project timelines and deliverables.
* **Research & Analysis**: Conduct research and generate summaries using GPT-4 for strategic decision-making.
* **Automation & Efficiency**: Streamline repetitive tasks with tools like Power Automate and GoHighLevel integrations.

### **Tools & Skills**

* **Software Proficiency**:
* GoHighLevel, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
