Job Description

We are looking for an Intermediate Architect / Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3- 5 years of experience with a desire to work on a variety of project types and contribute their talents and perspectives to a design-focused practice.

Required Experience in the Field:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.

Proficiency in Revit is required.

• Has completed a full-design process and documentation for at least one project (Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents). Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization. Has experience completing redlined drawings. 
• Ability to understand, review, and coordinate consultant drawings.
• Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes, including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD's), visiting the construction site to gather information and/or preparing a punch list.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Lumion or vRay is desirable, but not required.
• Experience with multi-family residential projects is a plus.
• Licensure is not required, but desirable.
