Job Description

An established, well rounded Architecture firm is looking for an  Architectural Designer  to join their awesome team. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

 

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Architectural experience
• Degree in Architecture preferred
• Experienced in using Revit  Required
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats

Compensation/Benefits:

• $50,000 to $80,000 base compensation (Depending on experience)
