Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to multiple project types (Commercial, Residential, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is a plus.
  • Design Acumen: Strong understanding of architectural design principles with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly with clients and colleagues.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from concept to completion, including client interaction, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Licensing/Certifications: EIT, LEED accreditation, or Architectural licensure (preferred but not required).
  • Creative Vision: A keen eye for creative and functional design solutions that align with client needs and firm’s standards.
