Our financial services client has an opportunity for a Chicago Illinois based Art Director.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $36 - $44 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, reviewing and approving a wide range of content
• Engage in hands-on design work approximately 60-70% of the time
• Conduct designer reviews for creative, display, social media, and direct marketing
• Provide verbal communication and design feedback
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate feedback and understand project goals
• Ensure reliability, effective time management, and multitasking capabilities

Requirements:

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong communication and brand development skills
• Proficiency in design software suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with user testing tools (e.g., Figma, Google tools)
• Ability to provide verbal design feedback
• Experience in creative agency environments

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
• Problem-solving and big-picture thinking
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms

Additional Requirements:

• Creative agency experience is a significant plus
• Must be reliable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of design experience
• A strong portfolio (to be reviewed during the interview)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
