Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Build to Rent, Single Family

You'll be working closely with the Project Manager providing documentation and administrative support for projects. You'll be working on one build to rent project providing administrative and construction support. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and prepare all logs and documentation for weekly project meetings.
- Preparing Budgets
- Writing Subcontracts
- Preparing RFIs
- Preparing Takeoffs
- Preparing Proposals
- Cooperate with and assist field personnel (Supers & Foremen)
- 2+ Years Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager for Build to Rent/Single Family or Multifamily Construction
