Job Description

About the Position

At ENvue Medical, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the future of safe, accurate enteral access and navigation. As part of a dynamic and mission-driven team, you will help transform patient outcomes through advanced electromagnetic technology and innovation in clinical practice.

We are seeking an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support the sale and clinical implementation of the ENvue electromagnetic feeding tube navigation system. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and passionate about improving patient care in critical care and ICU settings.

The ASR will partner closely with Territory Sales Managers and Operations, acting as a key resource in in-person in-service training, covering live cases, and supporting rapid expansion across U.S. hospitals.

As a growing company with a national footprint, travel outside your primary territory will be required to support key implementations and conversions. The ASR will also work closely with ENvue’s internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and effective product use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sale and implementation of the ENvue electromagnetic navigation system and disposable feeding tubes.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Operations to assist with system placements, clinical support, and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Provide hands-on case support to nurses, dietitians, and other clinicians during live tube placements.
  • Conduct product in-service sessions, remote or on-site, to ensure optimal use of the ENvue system.
  • Assist with installing and testing ENvue hardware at hospital sites.
  • Act as a key resource for driving satisfaction and expanding system utilisation at customer sites.
  • Deliver technical and clinical guidance based on the system’s instructions for use and clinical best practices.
  • Travel as needed to support out-of-region account implementations, hospital conversions, or urgent customer needs.
  • Contribute to post-sale activities including troubleshooting, account retention, and up-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of competitive solutions and current trends in enteral nutrition and ICU protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 2 years of experience; prior exposure to healthcare, medtech, or clinical support environments.
  • Demonstrated interest in medical technology and patient safety.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, especially in clinical settings.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning device software, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
  • Professional presence and ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
  • High sense of accountability, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Prior experience in medical device sales, clinical education, or B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Background in nursing, allied health, or clinical nutrition is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing, supply chain processes, and ICU workflow.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.
  • Hands-on onboarding and professional development support.
  • A fast-paced, mission-oriented environment with meaningful career growth.
  • The opportunity to join a company redefining standards in enteral access and patient safety.
