Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, high-energy, and dynamic Brand Ambassador for Buff City Soap Midwest. As our Brand Ambassadors, you would work with the General Manager & Assistant General Manager but report to and be under the direct leadership of the Regional Manager. Together you are responsible for supporting a customer-centric vision, delivering the highest level of guest services and getting future guests to cross the threshold to be current guests. The Brand Ambassador leads and oversees all aspects of community partnership, events, and customer acquisitions, and brand building including driving sales and service, promotions, and event participation.

Our Brand Ambassador's make it their mission to be a constant source of clear vision, healthy accountability, and genuine care so our guests and future guests feel special and fall in love with the brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Be a subject matter expert of the brand and products
• Sample, demonstrate, educate, and execute brand vision
• Communicate and influence, and drive awareness of brand
• Foster a guest experience culture that is positive, genuine and informative
• Drive to not only meet, but exceed sales and average transaction goals

• Ensure delivery of an exceptional Guest experience

• Support and execute regional marketing initiatives
• Lead and assist in community-based marketing events
• Track and communicate all relationships, events, and partnerships

• Additional assignments as requested by appropriate leadership
• Engage with guests directly face to face to create a positive brand experience
• Represent the brand at various businesses and community events
• Collect data and provide feedback
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Be able to market directly, through social media, and other via other methods
• Create and share content across multiple social media platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Outgoing individual that can build community and partnership relationships
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Passionate about the brand!
• Must have and be fluent with most social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
• Strong work ethic, motivated, engaging, confident, and personable
• Able to work on their own and in a team environment
• Experience in as a store team member, team leader or Brand Ambassador
• Must be authorized to work in the United States ?
• Flexible work schedule, 40 hrs/wk (20-25 for PT); early, late, weekends and some holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older ?

• Willing to undergo a background check?
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must not be sensitive to various fragrances and scents.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers; ability to lift or assist in lifting items / heavy

boxes up to 50 lbs

• Ability to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.
