Join our team and kickstart your career with our PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program, designed to enhance your skills and streamline your deal-closing process. You'll learn to craft strategies tailored to the Spanish-speaking market, implement effective lead generation systems, and conduct successful open houses, all while receiving top-notch training. If you are fluent in Spanish, hold a New Mexico real estate license, and are eager to thrive in a full-time position, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch
    Reset your career with our dynamic 90-day program finely tuned to revitalize your the skills and knowledge needed to thrive as a successful REALTOR in today's competitive market. On average, our agents close or pend 3.4 transactions during this intensive period
  • Develop Strategies for the Spanish-speaking Market
    Use your expertise to guide our marketing team to develop a strategy for becoming the "go-to" agent for our Spanish-speaking community while building a team of vendors to do the same.
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
    Simplify your lead gen time with our systems and build a steady stream of buyers and sellers eager to work with you.
  • Sign Buyers and Sellers
    Master our proven systems to consult with and convert more buyers and seller. Be a lifelong learner tapping into our 100's of hours of training to develop greater expertise in writing offers, marketing homes and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
    Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate and create win-win deals that exceed clients' goals
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, convert and set appointments
    This is the ONLY team for you if you plan to show up, work hard and track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct three open houses monthly
    Host at least 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
    Mastery through practice, join weekly script practice and role playing sessions and hone your skills.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
    We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
    We treat this job as a career and not a hobby. We can show you a weekly calendar so you know what is expected of you.
  • Spend Less Time on Admin Work
    Out "Done For You" admin support team to eliminates 75% of the task normally required to market yourself, your listings and to close transactions.

  • NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO JOIN TEAM (not required to apply)
