Billingual Staffing Assistant

Location : Shakopee, MN (Onsite)

Job Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay : $25.00 - $33.00 per hour (DOE)

Expected Hours : 40-50 hours per week

Overview
Are you a detail-oriented and bilingual professional passionate about human resources and recruitment? Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Billingual Staffing Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take on diverse responsibilities.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Shakopee, MN and requires fleuncy in both English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Manpower Scheduling : Collaborate with superintendents to efficiently allocate workforce resources.
• Communication Management : Handle emails, texts, and phone calls to ensure seamless team communication.
• Employee Relations : Engage with field employees and foremen to address inquiries, provide support, and foster a positive work environment.
• Leave and Absence Management : Maintain accurate records of employee vacations, absences, and leave requests.
• Administrative Support :
  • Assist employees with company-provided cell phones and tablets.
  • Track and manage employee training records.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience : Proven HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish required .
• Recruitment : Hands-on experience in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using technology for communication and data management.
• Flexibility : Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with occasional long workdays.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00-10:00 AM to 6:00-7:00 PM
• Occasional extended hours to meet project demands
