Position: Blockchain Developer "W2 Preferred"
Location: Must work five days a week onsite in Manhattan, NY.
As a Blockchain Developer, you will develop and implement Smart Contracts using DAML and work with EMO/ENTO/TAMO frameworks. You will take ownership of application development from conception through deployment, interpreting requirements and assignments to create design plans or data entities. Your role involves writing clean, maintainable code that meets predefined requirements, deploying developed code into various environments efficiently, and collaborating closely with the production team throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Ensuring best practices are followed in all stages of development is essential.
Must-haves:
• Proven experience as a Smart Contract Developer
• Hands-on application development skills with languages including DAML, Haskell, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes is essential
• Experience deploying code and working with production teams is required
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to be on-site five days a week in NYC
Plusses:
• Knowledge of AWS services is considered an advantage
• Background in bonds, fixed income, or mutual fund sectors is beneficial but not mandatory
