Job Description

Primarily responsible for translating business requirements into system solutions, managing small-to-medium projects, and providing strategic support across the Workday platform . The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with Workday and Other HR Technology experience, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a background in managing cross-functional projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with 3+ years of Workday experience.
• Proven experience with one or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation).
• Exposure to other HR technologies
• Experience in managing or coordinating projects (certification a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and tools
