  Business Litigation Associate Attorney

A national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Business Litigation Practice Group. The position is open to Irvine, CA; Las Vegas, NV, Raleigh, SC; Tysons, VA and Winston-Salem, North Carolina 

The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles significant matters throughout the state and across the country.

Qualifications :

• Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience.
• Ideal candidate will also have experience with financial services clients.
• Candidate must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in the state their designated jurisdiction
• Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.

Compensation :

• The estimated salary for this role in CA starts at $220,000 per year depending on experience. Other states may vary
