About The Role:

As a CBRE CAD Administrator, you will prepare and maintain a CAD playbook consisting of electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects for a designated client.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all owned client floor plans (CAD, PDF).

  • Transmit large file sets for project initiations, closeouts, or as needed.

  • Update drawings post project completion for standards adherence and accuracy.

  • Store and organize received drawings by location, floor (architectural, mechanical, A/V, P-Wall, space numbers, etc.)

  • Maintain numbering standards for office spaces and lockers.

  • Create number tags for workstations, offices, and lockers.

  • Provide owned floor measurements and seat counts for reportable metrics.

  • Manage Symbol (block) library and provide access to design partners as needed.

  • Adhere to CAD and BOMA standards and conduct drawing checks.

  • Clean up drawings (review, purge, audit, block correction, etc.).

  • Polyline as required.

  • Oversee AutoCAD user list, licensing, and manage annual subscription renewals.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CAD Administrator position is $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
