Pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)
Schedule: Per Diem – Flexible, Local Travel

Key Responsibilities
Visit Veterans’ homes to provide ADLs, emotional support, and safety oversight.
Record observations and communicate changes to clinical leadership.
Promote independence by supporting custom care plans.
Coordinate care delivery and schedule with Summit’s care team.
Required Qualifications
CNA license or proven home care experience.
Multi-client route experience.
Willingness to travel daily within a 35-mile radius.
Respectful and patient communication skills.
