Our client is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead their organization, driving day-to-day operations, fostering strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence. As the company’s leader, you will set the course for long-term success, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex challenges and seize new opportunities in the dynamic agriculture or cannabis industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the company’s strategic direction, aligning goals with the Board’s vision.
• Drive profitability by overseeing finances, accounting, and cash flow management.
• Lead go-to-market strategies encompassing sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development.
• Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations while prioritizing facility security and staff safety.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture through mentorship and effective team leadership.
• Build robust relationships with customers, investors, partners, and the Board to drive sustained growth.
• Monitor market trends and risks, leveraging insights for informed decision-making.
• Optimize operational efficiency across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and product development.
• Develop and oversee KPIs to align departmental incentives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Education : Master’s degree or equivalent experience; extensive knowledge of agriculture or cannabis required.
• Experience : 10+ years in leadership roles with proven success in navigating competitive industries.
• Skills : Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and team management abilities.
• Compliance Expertise : Deep understanding of cannabis regulations and operational best practices.
• Technical Proficiency : Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with essential office tools.
• Leadership Style : Collaborative and customer-centric, driving innovation and excellence.

Compensation: $250,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits!
