Job Description

World Golf Tour is seeking a highly skilled and organized Chief of Staff to the CEO to streamline operations and drive strategic initiatives. This role is critical in enabling the CEO and team to focus on creative and visionary leadership by ensuring the efficient execution of business priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of operational expertise, strategic acumen, and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute company goals.
  • Oversee administrative and operational back-office functions: HR, finance & accounting, legal & compliance.
  • Ensure alignment between development, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends, market performance, and internal data to provide actionable insights for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Track and report on the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs), such as game engagement, player retention, or revenue growth.
  • Organize and run executive meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and action tracking.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management, ideally within the gaming or tech industries.
  • Familiarity with game development cycles, market trends, and key industry players is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft executive-level documents and presentations.
  • Personal interest in golf and video games is a huge plus.

The base annual salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000 USD. To ensure your compensation reflects that of the market, we evaluate industry data along with your unique background, skills, experience, and geographic location. A performance-based bonus program will be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, dental & vision benefits, and a company-matching 401(k) plan.
