The Opportunity: Chief Revenue Officer

The company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its global go-to-market organization and drive the next phase of revenue acceleration. This is a board-level position for a proven cybersecurity executive with deep experience scaling ARR beyond $1B and executing multi-segment GTM models across enterprise, public sector, and cloud-native ecosystems.

The CRO will oversee global sales, marketing, channel, and customer success functions with a mandate to unify strategy, build predictable growth systems, and elevate enterprise relationships across industries and geographies. This role demands an exceptional commercial leader who understands complex security architectures, builds high-velocity teams, and thrives in environments of technical depth and global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Revenue Leadership : Drive end-to-end revenue strategy across direct enterprise sales, strategic accounts, public sector, and partner ecosystems.
  • Market Expansion & Segmentation : Accelerate penetration across Fortune 500, critical infrastructure, and high-growth SaaS segments through differentiated go-to-market motions.
  • Integrated GTM Strategy : Align product, marketing, and customer success to deliver full-funnel efficiency, strong retention, and sustainable ARR expansion.
  • Enterprise Relationship Building : Cultivate C-level relationships across cybersecurity, risk, and IT leadership to expand wallet share and multi-product adoption.
  • Operational Excellence : Implement advanced forecasting, data-driven pipeline management, and sales enablement systems to ensure predictable, repeatable performance.
  • Partnership & Channel Growth : Scale alliances with global system integrators, MSSPs, and cloud hyperscalers to strengthen distribution and reach new markets.
  • Team Leadership & Culture : Build and inspire a world-class commercial organization driven by accountability, innovation, and continuous execution excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • 15–20 years of experience in global revenue leadership roles within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure technology.
  • Proven record of scaling ARR beyond $500M–$1B and leading teams across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
  • Deep domain understanding of threat detection, cloud security, identity management, data protection, and zero-trust architecture .
  • Expertise in enterprise sales operations, multi-tier channel ecosystems, and metrics-driven GTM execution.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with strong alignment to customer outcomes and board-level strategy.
  • Recognized leader with a reputation for developing elite commercial teams and driving operational rigor across global markets.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and public-sector procurement environments.
