Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a civil site engineering Project Manager to join our growing New England operations in any one of our New Hampshire or Massachusetts offices. We have a backlog of exciting projects ranging from residential developments to various commercial projects and everything in between. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing challenging and varying land development projects including a variety of nationally branded clients
  • Leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians
  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Communicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearings
  • Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Writing contracts and reviewing invoices
  • Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
  • “Hands on” preparation of construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
  • Performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
  • Partner with your managing team to meet your future goals and vision.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Experience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control
  • Experience in project management
  • Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies

Qualifications:

  • A PE license is preferred, successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is required
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Experience in HydroCAD
