📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in complex class actions involving data privacy, consumer protection, employment, and product liability

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

• Lead class certification strategy and defense planning

• Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and responses

• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

• Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and clients to manage multifaceted litigation

• Stay current with California and federal class action trends and rulings

• 5 years of litigation experience, including substantial class action defense

• California Bar admission required and active
