Location: Rossford, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay Rate: $32.00

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Staffworks Group is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for a leading hydraulic equipment manufacturer in Rossford, OH. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming, Fanuc controls, and precision production in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Use precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and micrometers
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with production team members
• Follow Lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency
• Assemble components using appropriate tools and techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Fanuc controls and CNC programming
• Ability to read complex blueprints and technical documents
• Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
