Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Staffworks Group is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for a leading hydraulic equipment manufacturer in Rossford, OH. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming, Fanuc controls, and precision production in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Use precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and micrometers
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with production team members
- Follow Lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency
- Assemble components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls and CNC programming
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical documents
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
