Job Description

Position: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $80,000 to $100,000/year (Depending on experience)

Experience: 2 + years of service and maintenance experience.

Education: Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Greene Resources is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and malfunctions.
• Replace worn or defective parts in HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Properly complete paperwork

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to operate scissor/power lifts.
• Proficient with manual and power tools.
• Comfortable working from heights and ladders.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Work independently as well as part of a team.
