Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofer/Foreman to join our team. As a Roofer/Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects of various sizes, managing project teams, and ensuring the highest quality of work.
Responsibilities:
Roofing Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of commercial roofing materials and systems, with a focus on:
Project Management : Lead and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Team Leadership : Manage and lead roofing teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople. Your role involves supervising, coordinating, and mentoring team members.
Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality standards in roofing installations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry best practices and complies with company standards.
Safety Compliance: Champion safety protocols on job sites to ensure the well-being of all team members and compliance with industry regulations.
Client Engagement: Interact professionally with clients, address their concerns, provide project updates, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Materials and Resources: Oversee the procurement, allocation, and management of roofing materials, tools, equipment, and personnel to efficiently complete projects.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material usage reports, progress reports, and project documentation
