Requirements: 3+ Years Experience
- Multifamily and Commercial Roofing Install and Repair
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
- 3+ years as an Assistant Superintendent
- HS Diploma
- Experience in Roofing
