Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with field operations, managing project schedules, and leading teams to ensure successful project execution.

*Must Be Willing To Travel Up To 50% Including Some Out-of-State

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and scope.
• Supervise and mentor field personnel, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and budgets to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong budget management and financial oversight skills.
• Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with various roofing types such as metal, single-ply, asphalt, and cold/hot applied systems is desirable.
