What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager in early-stage planning to align project goals with the company’s vision.
• Maintain precise project documentation, including blueprints, designs, and change orders.
• Facilitate effective communication among on-site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring all construction processes meet company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage the timely procurement of materials and resources to prevent project delays.
• Stay informed on California construction regulations to guarantee compliance.
• Participate in post-project evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in construction software, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster teamwork across diverse groups.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of California construction standards and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in every aspect of project execution.
