The Role: Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Lead subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain project schedules, coordinate inspections, and track progress
• Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, compliant job site
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and updates
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and keep projects on schedule
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
