We are a recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established residential home builder in the Seattle, Washington area. Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations for high-quality residential projects.

The Role
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite best practices
- Conduct quality control inspections and address field issues proactively
- Communicate effectively with project management and ownership teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in the Seattle market and familiarity with local codes preferred
- Valid driver’s license
