Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing firm headquartered in Downtown Miami. This role will report to the head of human resources and oversee all recruitment for the firm. The position will assist with junior to senior/executive level positions. Base salary of $60-70K.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with internal management to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • On-board new hires and record activities in their ATS system
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party staffing agencies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience Recruiter
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
