🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails—no cold calling
• Help customers with updates, scheduling, and questions about their roofing project
• Collaborate with our sales, scheduling, and production teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Keep notes and updates organized in our CRM
• Solve problems with patience and professionalism

💼 The Details

• 💵 Pay: $20/hr + weekly bonuses based on performance
• 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (yep, no weekends )
• 🏢 Location: In-office, Sherman Oaks HQ
• 🤝 Full-time, with training and tools provided

• Have 1+ year of customer service, office admin, or support experience
• Communicate clearly and confidently—on the phone and in writing
• Love helping people and solving problems

• Are comfortable with tech (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
