Salary: 100,000 - 140,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of cyber experience or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates should have experience with the Tenable product suite and vulnerability scanning. A solid understanding of Windows and Linux systems administration, general operating system security practices, TCP/IP networking, and network security concepts is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow is needed, along with the ability to organize, plan, and multi-task with attention to detail. Additionally, you must have or be willing to obtain IAT Level II certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities:

• As a Cyber Security Engineer, Principal serving as a Project Manager for Enterprise Services, you will:
• Track and document projects and tasks while engaging various stakeholders for status on deliverables and activities.
• Develop a high level of understanding of a wide variety of projects including technical baselines, project schedules, dependencies, stakeholders, and risks.
• Lead designated projects within our organization, using allocated teams, tools, and processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project and program plans, high-level project schedules, and critical path identification.
• Coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings, teleconferences, team meetings, and track action items.
• Construct workflows, diagrams, and pivot tables to produce data for monthly reports.
• Analyze and recommend policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies.
• Interact with team members and customers at multiple levels to gather and coordinate information.
• Ensure compliance with customer policies and procedures and enterprise service requirements.
• Collaborate closely with customers on onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting vulnerabilities.
• Provide customer support and maintain communication throughout the entire process.
• Analyze customer feedback to assist in process improvement and perform engineering support of cybersecurity applications.
• Maintain documentation, provide maintenance support for deployed cybersecurity technologies, support Assessment and Authorization activities, identify conflicts with cybersecurity tools, and suggest automation of project tasks. Other project and corporate duties will be assigned to support our customers.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge and proficiency in AWS technologies and familiarity with federal Cyber Security Guidance, such as NIST SP 800-37 and NIST 800-137. Candidates should be able to function in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple tasks, and interact with various levels of senior management. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities are also necessary.

You must possess an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance. Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary 50% of the time, operate office productivity machinery, and communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers. A suitable working environment without distractions is expected.
