Position Overview:
Our local client is implementing a new EMR system and requires assistance with data migration and system cleanup.

Responsibilities include:
Data entry and validation for the new EMR system.
Cleaning and linking referring provider databases, exams, and records.
Resolving fax queue issues and attaching documents to appropriate records.
Following up with insurance providers and referring doctors to obtain missing information.
Using Check MD and other tools to verify and attach data accurately.
Supporting clinical administration tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Some medical or radiology background is helpful but not required.
Strong data entry skills and the ability to navigate new systems quickly.
Experience in insurance and authorization processes is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive, and congenial team environment.
Down-to-earth demeanor with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
