As a Process Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and optimizing products and processes, directly contributing to our continued expansion. We're looking for a proactive individual to collaborate on customized, new product development and cost reduction initiatives, ensuring our solutions are not only structurally sound but also cost-effective and aligned with customer needs.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, proficiency in engineering concepts like static stress analysis and mechanics of materials, and the ability to quickly master tools such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and FEA software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design efficient solutions that ensure product integrity while optimizing cost, features, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate and support product expansion and new development projects, providing essential technical assistance throughout the organization.
• Organize and manage tasks, facilitating seamless communication to meet deadlines.
• Create bills of materials and manufacturing routes, continuously enhancing products and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing belt conveyors
• 2-4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills in steel fabrication design, including static stress analysis and mechanics of materials.
• Proficiency using Solidworks, particularly the sheet metal and weldment features.
