Key Responsibilities:
Manage organic social networking, with a focus on engagement.
Manage third-party advertising on Google Ads (search network, YouTube), LinkedIn, Shopify, and Meta, with a focus on performance and optimization.
Explore and test new advertising channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
Ideate, create, and manage ad creatives to drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure ad copy aligns with the overall content strategy.
Work closely with the design team to develop and communicate new ad design ideas.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Create and maintain high-converting landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
Evaluate, report on, and continuously optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in end-to-end ad development, including strategy, messaging, design, and production.
Demonstrated success in managing campaigns for trial-based, product-led growth organizations.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with a history of personal initiative.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $80,000 to $100,000 with bonus opportunity .
At Elevar, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan .
