Job Description

Our client is looking for a Director of Tax and Treasury. This individual will manage all of our clients federal, state, and local tax programs and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s banking relationships under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws
• Work with legal and operations to create simplified and creative ways to minimize the company’s effective tax rate
• Manage and maintain global treasury, banking and investment programs
• Manage the forecasting and staging of capital
• Assist in management of global insurance programs
• Improve cash management process and controls
• Prepare all tax related financial reports
• Research and stay up to date on all new applicable tax provisions
• Lead global tax planning strategy including but not limited to income, transfer pricing, and significant indirect taxes

Essential Job Requirements

• Accounting or Tax degree from accredited 4-year university
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5+ years in Corporate Tax Leadership Role
• Willingness to do a high degree of original work
