Description of Duties :
Director of Data Insight, Research, and Prospect Management will help set and support the foundation’s data-driven strategy and exemplify building a data-fluent culture within the department. The Director will collaborate with partners at the school to achieve comprehensive data integration, insight, and analysis to aid the fundraising process. They will be charged with deriving insights from data to answer some of the foundation’s most critical and challenging questions They will also assist in identifying potential donors and developing creative and innovative prospect research, to support frontline fundraising team members to help drive revenue and increase alumni engagement.

Undergraduate degree required; seven to ten years of related experience.
The preferred candidate will have experience working or volunteering in education in the areas of development or constituent relations or applicable non-profit constituent relations or fundraising experience working with a diverse constituency. Proven track record in proactive research practices. Experience working with confidential information. Experience managing multiple and complex projects, meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and needs. Experience working with campaign planning.
