  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and the board

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in nonprofit finance or administrative leadership
  • Experience with fund accounting, grants, and donor restrictions
  • Comfort presenting to executive leadership and finance committees
  • Systems mindset; proficiency with tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Salesforce
  • Calm, solutions-oriented leadership and a collaborative work style
  • Bonus: familiarity with Catholic or faith-based organizational structures

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000–$115,000 , depending on experience
  • Generous health, dental, and vision coverage through the Diocese
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
  • Pension plan eligibility
  • 28+ paid days off annually (vacation, sick, and holidays)
  • Meaningful work with a high-impact, mission-driven team

If you’re ready to bring financial clarity and operational strength to a growing nonprofit with a big mission, we’d love to hear from you. Apply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume and cover letter to danielle@magnifyfl.org.
