MRIGlobalFoodBev is partnered with a rapidly growing, values-driven food manufacturer seeking a Director of Quality to lead and elevate their quality strategy across multiple facilities.

They are building for the future and need a proven quality leader to help raise standards, drive strategy, and develop their team.

The Opportunity

• Own and drive the quality strategy for a growing multisite operation
• Partner with leadership to strengthen systems, processes, and culture
• Support retail, hospitality, and private label customers
• Play a key role in future expansion initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• BS Degree required
• 15+ years of management experience within food manufacturing
• Strong food safety and quality background
• GFSI experience required
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence at the executive level, and scale operations
