Responsibilities:

· Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

· Transfer data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets in preparation for loading into PLM system.

· Review existing data in the PLM system to verify accuracy and completeness or update accordingly.

· Coordinate and log project information with contractors during projects.

· Ensure technical documentation standards are maintained on all project deliverables.

· Ensure all technical documentation is returned at the end of a project.

· Transfer project information (per tech doc standards) into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

· Monitor overall technical documentation system health via monthly reports. Identify problem areas and work with team members to correct outages

· Participate in meetings with management and provide status updates.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills to both peers and management.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Especially, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

· Knowledge and experience with engineering related types of drawings and documentation.

· Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
