MirrorMate is hiring! We’re looking for a tech-savvy, insight-driven Ecommerce Analytics & AI Optimization Manager to help us turn data into action — and curiosity into growth.

This role blends data analysis , dashboard/reporting development , and AI tool optimization to drive smarter decisions across our ecommerce business. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to fuel marketing, operations, and customer experience improvements.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Build dynamic reports and dashboards across for all functions of our business, with NetSuite, Shopify, Klayvio, and paid digital platforms as key data sources
• Analyze ecommerce, marketing, and operations data to surface trends & actionable insights
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover customer behavior patterns, marketing attribution insights, funnel drop-offs, operational inefficiencies, and more.
• Lead the discovery and implementation of AI tools across departments — including content automation, customer service efficiencies, and forecasting models.
• Develop and implement workflows to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to translate data into strategic decisions and tactical improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to support data-driven decisions
• Own data flows and system integrations between Shopify, NetSuite, and third-party tools
• Teach others how to interpret reports and get more from their data

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce, business analytics, or data strategy role.
• Hands on experience and proficiency with SQL , Shopify , and NetSuite
• Strong skills in BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Demonstrated comfort translating complex data into clear, strategic insights
• A natural curiosity and passion for AI and a desire to lead innovation with tech
• Excellent communicator — able to present complex insights in a way that’s clear, actionable, and engaging for non-technical audiences
• A strong desire to have an impact (not just a job)!
• You must be organized, self-directed, and thrivee in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Zapier or Make (and similar tools)

📍 Location & Perks:

• Based in Charlotte, NC – hybrid or in-office preferred
• Salary: $65K–$85K , based on experience. Eligible for variable compensation.
