Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical Projects

About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical facilities. You will work closely with senior engineers and project leadership while independently owning defined scopes of work and serving as a technical resource across project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and coordinate electrical designs and documentation (BOD through IFC)
- Serve as a technical point of contact for electrical coordination
- Support construction and commissioning efforts
- Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews
- Review drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Support QA/QC processes
- Perform or review electrical studies
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Provide guidance to junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5–10+ years of experience
- Experience with power distribution systems
- U.S. work authorization
- EIT or PE preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel

- AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
- Electrical studies experience
- Commissioning exposure
- Power generation or renewables
