Entry-Level Remote Sales Representative

What You'll Do

Engage with potential clients through online platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
Stay up to date on our life insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices.
Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure client inquiries and issues are handled efficiently.
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence in engaging with clients over the phone and online.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Basic technical proficiency with CRM systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Eagerness to learn about life insurance products and a drive to master the sales process.
A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
