Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Estimator Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and manage estimation processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee and manage the estimation department, ensuring all projects are accurately estimated and submitted on time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate project estimates.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Provide training and support to junior estimators, ensuring the team's growth and development.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.
• Review and improve estimation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the estimation process.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and customer requirements.

• Proven experience in an estimation role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of estimation techniques, construction processes, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Monday to Friday

This position is a supervisory role with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimation and a proven track record of managing a successful team.
